Theory
1. Mechanical transmission: The excavator operating handle usually
uses mechanical transmission to convert the movement of the handle
into corresponding mechanical signals. The movement of the handle
can be rotation, push or pull. Mechanical transmission converts the
movement of the handle into mechanical signals through mechanical
devices such as connecting rods, rods and gears.
2. Hydraulic system: The mechanical signal will be further
transmitted to the hydraulic system of the excavator. The hydraulic
system consists of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves and hydraulic
cylinders. The hydraulic pump is responsible for generating
high-pressure liquid, the hydraulic valve is used to control the
flow direction and flow rate of the liquid, and the hydraulic
cylinder implements corresponding actions based on the control
signal of the hydraulic system.
3. Control signal: The mechanical signal is converted into a
control signal in the hydraulic system, and the flow of liquid is
controlled through the hydraulic valve to drive the action of the
hydraulic cylinder. Different handle operations correspond to
different control signals. For example, pushing the handle forward
can control the forward movement of the excavator, rotating the
handle can control the rotational movement of the excavator, and
pulling the handle can control the expansion and contraction of the
excavator's arm and bucket.
4. Execution of actions: The hydraulic system drives the hydraulic
cylinder to implement corresponding actions according to the action
of the control signal. For example, when the handle is pushed
forward, the hydraulic system causes the excavator to move forward;
when the handle is rotated, the hydraulic system causes the
excavator to rotate; when the handle is pulled, the hydraulic
system causes the excavator's arm and stick to extend and contract.
5. Through the cooperation of mechanical transmission and hydraulic
system, the excavator operating handle can convert the operator's
handle movement into mechanical signals, and realize the action
control of various parts of the excavator through the hydraulic
system. This allows the operator to control the movement and
operation of the excavator through the handle.
